AGV traybake with meatballs
A traybake has countless advantages. You prepare everything on a single baking sheet, which saves on washing up, and while the traybake is baking in the oven, you have time for other things!
The AGV traybake is seasoned with Verstegen Tafelgoud spices, which enhance the flavors and fill the house with the delicious aromas of this quick and easy traybake. It's an ideal dish for busy households.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sear the meatballs for 5 minutes.
Mix 1 tbsp Tafelgoud with the pre-cooked potatoes, broccoli florets and crème fraîche.
Divide the pre-cooked potatoes, broccoli florets and meatballs over the baking dish and finally sprinkle the grated old cheese over it.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
Before serving, divide the remaining Tafelgoud over the casserole.
Variatietip
Wanneer het gerecht lactosevrij moet blijven worden de crème fraîche en geraspte oude kaas vervangen door rode pesto en plantaardige geraspte kaas.
