Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Finely chop the red onion and garlic.
Heat a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the garlic. Pour the strained tomatoes into the saucepan and add the herbs of Provence. Simmer over low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Sauté the red onion. Add the ground beef and the Ground Beef and Paprika Mix. Brown the ground beef until browned.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in another pan and wilt the washed spinach. Drain it in a colander, if desired, and add it to the ground meat mixture. Add the ricotta cheese and mix well.
Fill the cannelloni pasta with the ground meat and ricotta mixture. You can do this with a teaspoon.
Pour half of the strained tomatoes into the baking dish. Place the filled cannelloni in the dish. Spread the remaining half of the strained tomatoes over the cannelloni. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake the cannelloni in a preheated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. Finely chop the scallions and garnish with the green onions. Serve immediately.

- 400 g gewassen spinazie
- 1 bosui
- 250 g ricotta kaas
- 100 g geraspte kaas
- 500 g gezeefde tomaten (pak)
- 250 g cannelloni pasta (1 pak)
- 1 rode ui
- 2 tenen knoflook
- 1 zakje Mix voor Gehakt – Paprika
- 1 el Provençaalse kruiden
- 4 el olijfolie
- Zwarte peper, naar smaak
- Zeezout, naar smaak
