Roasted carrots from the oven
A delicious colored mix of caramelized carrots from the oven.
Oven-roasted carrots. A delicious mix of caramelized carrots baked in the oven. Delicious with potatoes or a nice piece of meat.
Preparation
Peel the colored carrots with a vegetable peeler. Leave some of the foliage on.
Combine the World Spice Blend - Napoli with the olive oil. Add the colored carrots and toss them well with the marinade.
Place the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Turn the carrots regularly to ensure they cook thoroughly.
Heat a dry frying pan and toast the almond shavings until brown all around.
Garnish the colored caramelized carrots with the almond shavings.
