RENOVATED - Loaded bagel Italian style
Preparation

Bake the bagels according to the packaging and let them cool.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Cut the bagels in half and spread the bottom with pesto.

Place the mozzarella and tomato slices alternately on the pesto.

Prepare the Loaded Topping Italian lukewarm and divide over the tomato and mozzarella.

Garnish the bagel with fresh basil leaves, capers and a few drops of olive oil.

- 10 bagels (bake-off)
- 500 g mozzarella
- 40 tomaat (plakjes)
- 300 g pesto
- 1 l Verstegen Loaded topping Italian
- 40 verse basilicum blaadjes
- Verstegen kappertjes
- 30 ml olijfolie
