Preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into an envelope.
Fill the chicken fillet with mozzarella, tomato and basil.
Close the chicken fillet with a skewer.
Wrap the chicken fillet with bacon.
Marinate the stuffed chicken fillets with the World Grill pesto.
Cook the Mozzarella chicken in the oven or barbecue at 160 degrees Celsius until a core temperature of 72 degrees.
