Nachos with vegetarian minced meat

These vegetarian ground meat nachos are perfect for everyone. A delicious snack for drinks!

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) on the grill setting. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the vegetarian mince and the bag of Mince Mix - Garden Herbs. Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until browned.
Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice and add pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, dice the tomato and thinly slice the spring onion into rings. Grease a baking dish. Spread half the chips in the dish, spoon half the ground meat on top, and top with half the tomato and spring onion. Finish with half the cheese. Repeat all steps once more.
Place the dish on a rack 10 cm below the grill. Let the cheese melt and brown for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
