Classic nasi with chicken and satay sauce from Verstegen
This classic nasi with chicken and satay sauce is easy to make with World Spice Meals - Nasi & Bami. Serve the nasi with pickled cucumber, prawn crackers, and ready-made satay sauce from Verstegen. The perfect combination for a weeknight.
Preparation
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and marinate in the soy sauce and the Mix for Chicken - Spicy.
Heat the oil in a large wok or sauté pan and cook the chicken until cooked through. Add the nasi/bami vegetables and season with the World Spice Meal - Nasi & Bami.
Briefly fry the cooked rice and add more World Spice Meal - Nasi & Bami to taste, seasoning with salt and pepper if desired. Serve the nasi with ready-made satay sauce.
Variatietip
Voeg eventueel een fijngesneden rode peper toe aan de nasigroenten voor extra pit. Serveer met atjar, kroepoek en eventueel augurken of stukjes komkommer.
