Omelet with spinach, mushrooms and peppers
This omelette is made with eggs and vegetables seasoned with World Spice Meal - Omelet. A quick meal that requires little preparation.
Preparation
Cut the vegetables into pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the vegetables until cooked through.
Add the Verstegen World Spice Meal - Omelet to the vegetables and fry briefly until everything is well seasoned.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let the omelette set gently over low to medium heat until the eggs are cooked through.
Serve the omelet immediately.
