Pasta Bolognese
This dish is based on a tomato sauce with (vegetarian) ground meat, seasoned with World Spice Meal – Pasta Bolognese. A classic pasta meal for a weeknight.
Preparation
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the (vegetarian) minced meat until crumbly and golden brown.
Add the peeled tomatoes and let the sauce simmer gently for a few minutes.
Add the World Spice Meal – Pasta Bolognese and stir well. Let the sauce simmer gently for another 5 to 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Divide the pasta among plates and spoon the sauce over it. Garnish with mozzarella and fresh basil and serve immediately.

- 300 g (vega) gehakt
- 400 g gepelde tomaten
- 150 g pasta
- 1 el olijfolie
- Verse basilicum
- Mozzarella
