Preparation

Finely chop the little gem and slice the tomatoes.

Mix the Greek yogurt with 10 grams of Kumar's Curry Paste for Butter Chicken.

Heat the pulled chicken and season with the remaining 20 grams of Kumar's Butter Chicken paste.

Warm the pita breads, cut open and fill with sliced little gem, tomato slices and the pulled chicken.

Serve with the yoghurt sauce.
