Bread with herb butter and cheese for a snack or lunch.
This bread filled with herb butter and cheese is a delicious snack for brunch, drinks or a birthday party.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix the butter with the Herb Butter Mix. Add sea salt to taste, if desired.
Cut the bread horizontally and vertically, all the way to the bottom. This will create a grid of squares across the bread.
Break the cheese slices into large pieces, fitting them between the slits. Carefully distribute the herb butter and cheese between the slits. Make sure everything is covered.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve immediately.
