Pumpkin Spiced Hot Chocolate
There's nothing quite like warming yourself up with hot chocolate. In this recipe, we give it an autumnal touch by adding a pumpkin spice flavor. Perfect for enjoying on colder days!
Preparation
Chop 100g dark chocolate into small pieces. Combine the chopped chocolate with 30ml whole milk and melt the chocolate. Stir constantly until all the pieces are melted.
Add the remaining milk, 2/3 of the Verstegen WSB Pumpkin Spice, the salt and ¾ of the maple syrup and heat.
Beat the whipped cream together with the remaining maple syrup until stiff peaks form with a mixer or whisk.
Divide the hot chocolate among the mugs and top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows. Coarsely grate the remaining dark chocolate over the whipped cream and garnish with the remaining Verstegen WSB Pumpkin Spice.

- 4 el ahornsiroop
- 125 ml slagroom
- 1 handje mini marshmallows
