Sandwich with tuna salad and cucumber strips
A simple but fresh salad on a sandwich.
An easy and delicious sandwich with tuna salad, cucumber strips, and a refreshing dressing. Perfect for lunch.
Preparation
Using a vegetable peeler, peel thin, long cucumber strips. Finely chop the red onion. Mix the yogurt with the juice and zest of the lime to make a dressing.
Drain the tuna pieces and combine them in a bowl with the mayonnaise, finely chopped red onion, and World Spice Blend - Tandoori Masala. Season with sea salt to taste.
Top the bread slice with yogurt dressing to taste. Divide the iceberg lettuce, cucumber strips, and tuna salad among 4 slices of bread. Place the spread on the sandwich and serve immediately.
