Tomato soup with Tikka Masala

Preparation

Cut the spring onion into rings and roughly chop the coriander.

Bring the tomato soup to a boil.

Add the Kumar's Curry Paste for Tikka Masala, mix well and bring back to the boil.

Divide the chopped spring onion and bean sprouts among the soup bowls and pour the soup into the soup bowls.

Finally, divide the crème fraîche and chopped coriander over the soup bowls

- 50 g taugé
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 3 koriander stelen
