Prepare, guide and follow up on audits.
Perform or supervise validations within production processes.
Analyze deviations and complaints and initiate improvement actions together with production.
Checking whether procedures and work instructions align with practice and, if necessary, facilitating maintenance of the quality manual with process owners.
Actively visiting the factory to understand processes, speak to colleagues, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, logistics, QC, and other departments to structurally improve quality.
