A delicious Verstegen Cheeseburger
Treat yourself to an easy and delicious Verstegen-style cheeseburger!

Preparation
Finely chop the spring onions and chives. Mix these with the diced gherkins and Guilt Free Tomato Ketchup to make a sauce.
Mix the ground beef with the Mix for Minced Meat - With Onions and the egg.
Divide the ground meat into 4 equal portions, shape them into balls, and flatten them into hamburger patties. Make a small indentation in the center with your thumb for a nice, flat, cooked burger.
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown.
Just before the end of cooking, top the burgers with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt on the burger.
Meanwhile, cut open the hamburger buns. Top with iceberg lettuce, place the hamburger on top, and spread with the ketchup mixture to taste.
