Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the chicken strips with Verstegen Mix for Crispy Chicken - Cajun and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the avocado and feta into 1 cm cubes and mix this with the lamb's lettuce.
Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the chicken for 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Grate the lemon zest and mix it with the mayonnaise. Place the wraps on a baking rack and bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
Divide the salad over the wraps with the chicken strips and lemon mayonnaise.
