Chef and chocolatier Julius Persoone of The Chocolate Line (Bruges & Antwerp) tested 11 different packages of ground cinnamon for the newspaper. What was he looking for? A fragrant, finely ground spice that instantly gives him a warm Christmas feeling. Verstegen came out on top!
