3 of the most delicious Harissa dips; choose from hummus, carrot dip, or a tomato dip. Delicious as a dip with bread or raw vegetables. Great for sharing. The three dips are enough for a total of about 12 people, and one dip is enough for 4 people.
Preparation
How to prepare hummus:
Drain the chickpeas and place them in the bowl of a food processor. Add the lemon juice, World Spice Blend - Harissa, and tahini paste. Puree until smooth. If the hummus is too dry, add a few tablespoons of the liquid or water.
Spoon the hummus into a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
How to prepare carrot dip:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel the carrots and dice them. Mix the olive oil with the World Spice Blend - Harissa.
Rub the carrots with the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
Place the carrots in the bowl of a food processor. Puree until smooth. If the carrot dip is too dry, add olive oil to taste. Spoon the carrot dip into a bowl.
How to prepare tomato dip:
Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the halved tomatoes and the World Spice Blend - Harissa. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until a smooth tomato sauce forms. Spoon the tomato dip into a bowl.
