Potato salad with herring

Preparation
Remove the hard bottom of the sea asparagus and roughly chop the dill.
Cut the bottom hard part of the Romaine lettuce and cut into 3 cm pieces.
Place the baby potatoes in a pan of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 8 minutes until tender. Drain and toss with half of the World Spice Blend - Nordic.
Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the peas for 5 minutes. After 4 minutes, add the samphire. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Meanwhile, clean the herring by removing the bone and tail and cut into 2 cm pieces.
Mix the romaine lettuce, peas, samphire, baby potatoes and half the dill into a salad and divide over the plates.
Place the herring on the salad and garnish with the remaining dill and the remaining World Spice Blend - Nordic.
