Potato Twisters! A creative way to serve potatoes in a festive way! You can make this recipe with virtually any type of potato, and it's easy to prepare. A delicious side dish flavored with a tasty spice blend. A fun recipe for kids too!
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Insert a skewer lengthwise through the potato. Using a sharp knife, cut diagonally into the potato while rotating it to create a spiral. Make sure the knife keeps the skewer in contact with the skewer.
Carefully pull the potato apart over the skewer into a spiral. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Combine the oil with the Mix for Chips & Fries and brush the potatoes well. Make sure all the insides of the potatoes are coated with oil as well.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the potato twisters for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

: Serveer met een saus van 100 g crème fraîche en 2 tl Mix voor Patat & Frites.
