Preparation
Cut the pork belly into strips of about 120 grams, so that you can stick it on a skewer.
Season the pork belly with the Piri Piri spices.
Stick the pork belly on the skewer and vacuum seal it.
Cook the skewers sous-vide in the oven at 85ºC for 60 minutes.
Allow the skewers to cool back in the refrigerator.
Unpack the skewers and marinate them with the World Grill - African Sunshine to pick-up.
Grill the pork belly skewers over direct heat on the barbecue until they become nice and crispy.
