Asian pork buns
Bao Bun with grilled pork neck, sweet and sour vegetables and Asian Black Pepper Sauce.
Marinate and grill the pork neck on the BBQ, slice and serve on steamed Bao Buns with sweet and sour carrot, cucumber and Asian Black Pepper Sauce.
Preparation
Marinate the pork neck with the World Grill Indonesian pure.
Grill the pork neck and cook it indirectly on the barbecue at 165°C until a core temperature of 68 degrees.
Cut nice slices of the pork neck.
Steam the Bao Bun for 3 minutes at 85°C.
Top the Bao Bun with pork neck, sweet and sour carrot and sweet and sour cucumber.
Garnish with Asian black pepper sauce and spring onion.
