A delicious meal with fresh vegetables, chicken satay, and homemade satay sauce. The satay is made with chicken thigh fillets, which keeps the meat incredibly tender. You can enjoy it in just 30 minutes!

Preparation

1

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice it. Slice the red pepper and spring onion into rings, and roughly chop the cilantro.

2

Cut the chicken thigh fillet into 3 by 3 cm pieces and thread them onto skewers. Brush with the sweet soy sauce. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and brown the skewers all over for 10 minutes.

3

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain.

4

Heat the remaining oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add 1 teaspoon of sambal and the World Spice Meal - Nasi & Bami. Add the chili pepper, bell pepper, cabbage, and bean sprouts and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

5

Meanwhile, add the peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce and remaining sambal to a pan and heat for 5 minutes over low heat.

6

Serve the bami with the chicken skewers, satay sauce, peanuts and coriander.
