Preparation
Heat the sweet and sour marinade, remove from the heat, add the carrot julienne and shallot rings and let cool.
Cut the cucumber into julienne and the shallot into rings.
Steam the gua bao buns.
Add the cucumber julienne to the sweet and sour marinade.
Cut the grilled pepper into julienne and the spring onion into rings.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, fry an omelette and cut into strips.
Heat the Loaded Topping Korean.
Cut open the steamed buns and fill with grilled peppers, omelet strips, drained sweet and sour cucumber, carrot and shallot.
Divide the warm Loaded Topping over the filled buns and garnish with sliced spring onion and colored sesame seeds.
