Cauliflower dish with minced meat
An easy-to-prepare casserole with cauliflower and a crispy cheese layer. The combination of cheese and crème fraîche makes it extra creamy.
A crispy cheese layer with a creamy vegetable and ground meat mixture underneath is finger-licking good! After a quick prep and half an hour in the oven, you'll have a delicious meal to savor.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the leek into half rings.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the ground meat. Add the onion, garlic, leek, and the Ground Pepper Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer the ground meat to the baking dish.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, cook the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes, then drain. Beat the egg in a bowl with the crème fraîche and pour this over the ground meat. Sprinkle the cauliflower and grated cheese over the mixture.
Bake the cauliflower casserole in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Slice the cucumber and make a salad with the lamb's lettuce, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, and cucumber.
Serve the cauliflower dish with the cucumber salad.
