RENOVATED - Wild Mushroom Soup
Bound soup with mixed mushrooms.
Use the Ragout Mix to make this simple, thickened soup with mixed mushrooms. It's an ideal starter or serve it for lunch.
Preparation
Chop the shallots and cut the mushrooms into the desired shape.
Fry the shallots in the olive oil and briefly fry the mushrooms.
Add the water, the Mix for Blank Ragout and the Mushroom Sauce.
Bring the soup to the boil and season with the Season Pepper - Wild Mushroom.
Heat the soup in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 600 watts. Or heat the soup in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
