Preparation
Score the pork belly on the bacon side. Cut it into small cubes.
Marinate the pork belly with the World Grill Chinatown pure.
Cook the pork belly indirectly on the barbecue at 165 degrees until a core temperature of 68 degrees.
Remove the pork belly from the barbecue and heat the barbecue to 220 degrees Celsius.
Fry the pork belly until crispy all around.
