The perfect steak with gravy

Make the perfect steak and gravy at home! With the convenient 2-in-1 Steak & Gravy Mix, you can season your steak and, with a dash of water, create a delicious, thickened gravy. Delicious and easy!
Preparation
Allow the steak to come to room temperature, season the meat with the Steak & Jus Mix and let it sit for a while.
Heat a frying pan over high heat and add (liquid) butter. Sear the steak on both sides.
Lower the heat, add extra (liquid) butter to the pan and baste the steak with it.
Cook the meat to the desired doneness (rare, medium, well-done).
Remove the meat from the pan. Let it rest and cover with aluminum foil.
Add a splash of warm water to the residue in the pan and reduce the jus until it has the desired thickness.
Optionally, add extra seasoning to the jus for binding and/or flavor.
