Ecrevisse cocktail
Creamy ecrevisse salad with tomato, chives and shallot.
Sprinkle the cocktail with the Verstegen Spicemix del Mondo - Mediterranean. This mix contains rosemary, basil, oregano, and lavender.
The mix also falls under the Pure label, which means that it is free from declarable allergens, MSG and phosphates.
Preparation
Finely chop the chives, finely dice the shallot and cut the concasse from the pleated tomato.
Brush the wrap with Spice Oil Green Herbs Garlic and bake until crispy in the oven (160 degrees - 5 min).
Combine the shallot, chives, and mayonnaise with the ecrevisse. Mix with Verstegen Spice Oil - Green Herbs Garlic and toss through the ecrevisse salad until smooth.
Garnish the ecrevisse salad with the wrap, frisee, cress and the remaining mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with French Mediterranean herbs.
