Festive gourmet table with satay sauce. Gourmetten is a true Dutch tradition that often takes place during the holidays. Everyone makes their own dish while enjoying a chat. A good satay sauce is a must. The Hot Satay Sauce adds a delicious kick to your baguette, vegetables, or chicken satay. The perfect seasoning for a gourmet meal!
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the butter outside the refrigerator so that it can come to room temperature.
Thinly slice 300g of cucumber and dice the remaining cucumber into 2cm cubes. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the mushrooms into slices.
Roast the pine nuts in the oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine the Herb Butter Mix with the butter.
Bake the baguette in a preheated oven according to the package directions. Heat the Hot Satay Sauce according to the package directions.
Make a salad of the iceberg lettuce, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and cucumber cubes.
Cut the salmon into 3cm pieces and divide them among various bowls and plates, along with the chicken satay, veggie meatballs, and shrimp. Divide the sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes among other bowls and plates.
Then serve everything on the table. The sunflower oil is for the gourmet pans.
Variatietip
Als extra toevoeging aan de gourmet kan er omelet toegevoegd worden. Snijd 1 stengel bosui in dunne ringen en klop 4 eieren los met 20 ml melk en peper en zout. Bak de omelet in een gourmetpannetje.
