Fresh paella with chorizo and shrimps

Preparation
Remove the shrimp from the freezer and thaw. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut into 2 cm cubes.
Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the chorizo and garlic for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the paella rice and Paella Spice Mix and stir. Deglaze with water. Cook the paella for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.
During the last 10 minutes of cooking, scatter the shrimp and peas over the paella. Meanwhile, slice the lemon.
When the paella is cooked, sprinkle the lemon juice over it and serve.
