Frittata with green asparagus and minced peas

Preparation
Finely chop half the basil and strip the leaves from the remaining basil. Trim 3 cm from the bottom of the green asparagus. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and pierce them with the tip of a sharp knife.
Mix the eggs, cream, chopped basil, black pepper and sea salt with a whisk until combined.
Prepare the Knead & Ready Minced Meat Classically Seasoned according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the Knead & Klaar Peulgehakt Classic Spiced for 4 minutes. Add the egg mixture and stir briefly. Arrange the green asparagus and tomatoes on top of the egg mixture and cover the pan. Bake the frittata for 8 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle the remaining basil leaves over the frittata and serve.
