Pasta lover? Then get started with this Fusilli with crispy bacon and Manchego. The crispy bacon adds a nice bite to the pasta, while the combination of yogurt and pasta seasoning makes the pasta creamy and full of flavor.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel and finely chop the garlic. Bring a pan of water to a boil, cook the fusilli tricolore according to the package directions, and drain.
Spread the bacon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 3 minutes until translucent. Add the Italian stir-fry vegetables and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Stir the World Spice Meal - Pasta Verde and yoghurt through the vegetables and add the pasta.
Cut the Manchego cheese into thin wedges. Divide the pasta among plates and garnish with the crispy fried bacon and Manchego cheese.
