Gado Gado bowl with shrimp

Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the rice according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and slice into half rings. Slice the radish and lime and remove the Thai basil leaves from the stems.
Heat the Satay sauce (ready-made) in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes or until warm.
Thread the prawns onto skewers and season with World Spice Blends - Cajun. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the prawns for 3-4 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
Divide the rice among plates. Garnish with the cucumber, radish, prawns, bean sprouts, and soy beans. Spoon the satay sauce over the plates. Garnish with the seroendeng, lime, and Thai basil. Serve with the emping prawn crackers.
