Prawns with rice and a fresh salad
Stir-fried prawns in a spicy Cajun marinade.
Shrimp with rice and a fresh salad. The stir-fried shrimp have a spicy Cajun marinade. Combined with the fresh salad and rice, this makes a delicious, nutritious, and light meal.
Preparation
Defrost the shrimp according to the package directions. Cook the rice according to the package directions.
Mix the shrimp with the World Spice Blend - Cajun and the sunflower oil. Let it marinate briefly.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into wedges, the red onion into half rings, and the cucumber into half slices. Halve the black olives. Finely chop the fresh chives. Mix everything in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Heat a wok or wok and cook the prawns for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the bean sprouts at the end to warm through. Serve the prawns with rice and salad.
