Shrimp skewers with lime
Fresh shrimp skewers for the barbecue.
This refreshing shrimp and lime skewer is grilled on the barbecue. Delicious with a summer salad and baguette.
This recipe makes 8 skewers. Divide them among 4 people, and each of you will have 2 skewers to feast on.
Preparation
Soak the skewers in water. Cut the lime into eight wedges.
Combine the peeled large shrimp with the olive oil and the Shrimp and Scampi Mix. Mix well and let marinate for about 15 minutes.
Light the barbecue. Thread the lime wedges and marinated shrimp onto the skewers. Grill the fish skewers for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
