Grilled scallops
Grilled scallops with blanched carrots and rice seasoned with Verstegen Spice Oils.
The Verstegen Spice Oils used to season these scallops are pure seasonings made with pure oil. With just a few drops, you can beautifully enhance hot or cold dishes.
Preparation
Mix 10 grams of Verstegen Spice Oil - Curry Ginger with the crème fraîche and mix well.
The other 40 grams of Verstegen Spice Oil - Curry Ginger through the cooked rice.
Season the scallops with the Verstegen Spice Oil - Green Herbs Garlic and fry briefly in the pan.
Serve the rice in the medallion on the plate with the scallops on top.
Decorate the sauce and carrots on the plate.
