Preparation
Soak the skewers in water. Cut the pork tenderloin into squares.
Season the pork tenderloin cubes all over with the Satay Mix. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.
Light the barbecue. Thread the marinated pork tenderloin onto the skewers. Grill the satay for about 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat the Ready-Made Satay Sauce in the microwave or saucepan, according to the package directions. Serve the grilled pork satay with the satay sauce. Delicious with baguette.
