Preparation
Mix the minced meat with the water, the Binding DS and the Minced Meat spices until the desired binding is achieved.
Form balls of about 30 grams each.
Cook the meatballs at 160ºC until a core temperature of 68ºC is reached. Immediately add the broccoli florets and grill them along with the meatballs.
Allow the mixture to cool and then add the roasted pepper strips, pineapple cubes and the Pineapple chili sauce.
Present the meal in the counter.
