Traditional meatballs with fried onions from the oven.
A tasty snack of traditional meatballs baked in the oven.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
Mix the half-and-half ground meat with the Ground Meat Mix, the breadcrumbs, and the egg. Form about 25 grams of ground meat into a ball. Repeat this process until you have about 20 meatballs in total.
Place the fried onions on a plate and coat the meatballs in the breadcrumbs. Press lightly to ensure they stick well.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
