BBQ Meatball Skewers with Vegetables. Make delicious meatball skewers with vegetables like mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions, seasoned with delicious Mexican spices.
Preparation
Mix the ground meat, the Mexican Ground Meat Mix, and the egg until well combined. Add the breadcrumbs to ensure a firm consistency. Form the ground meat into snack balls.
Chop the onion, pepper and mushrooms into large pieces and thread them onto the skewers alternately with the meatballs.
Light the barbecue. Grill the meatball skewers over direct heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Serve the skewers with, for example, a homemade yoghurt garlic sauce.
