Minced meat with Mediterranean tapenade

A delicious twist on the classic meatball roll.

These meatballs are seasoned with fondue mix and filled with a fresh bruschetta tapenade. Lightly marinated with Mediterranean marinade for added flavor.

Preparation

For the tapenade, mix 1 part Bruschetta mélange rosso with two parts water and one part oil.

Season the minced meat with the Pork Fondue Mix.

Form 2 minced meat loaves of approximately 500 grams.

Make an incision in the top of the minced meat loaf.

Lightly marinate the outside with the World Grill Méditerrané.

Fill the indentation in the minced meat loaf with the prepared tapenade.

  • 90 gr Fonduemix voor varkensvlees fijn met zout (Artnr. 294501)
  • 1/4 deel Bruschetta mélange rosso met zout pure (Artnr. 1192383)
  • 2/4 deel water
  • 1/4 deel olie
  • naar smaak World Grill Méditerrané pure (Artnr. 385202)
