Marinated chicken with beans from the oven
Marinated chicken with various vegetables from the oven.
Marinated chicken with baked beans. A delicious meal with baby potatoes, bell peppers, and chicken straight from the oven. A quick and easy recipe.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with the Chicken Mix and marinate the drumsticks.
Meanwhile, halve the unpeeled baby potatoes into even-sized pieces. Boil the potatoes in plenty of water for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and toss the parboiled potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence. Mix well. Place the seasoned drumsticks and potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, shell the beans. Deseed the bell pepper and cut into strips. In a bowl, combine the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of Provençal herbs. Mix well and place the vegetables on the baking sheet with the chicken and potatoes. Turn the drumsticks over and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
Serve the chicken, potatoes and vegetables with black pepper and/or sea salt to taste.

- 2 el Mix voor Kip
- 2 tl Provençaalse kruiden
- 6 el olijfolie
- Zwarte peper, naar smaak
- Zeezout, naar smaak
