Cut the tomatoes into wedges, the red onion into rings, and the bell peppers into cubes. Mix these in a bowl with the crumbled feta and olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano and sea salt to taste. Let this sit briefly.

Briefly grill the pita breads on the grill. Cut the feta into 8 equal slices. Tip: It's easiest to halve the feta until you have eight equal pieces.

Mix the ground meat with the egg and the bag of Ground Meat Mix - With Onions. Divide the ground meat into 8 equal portions.

Take 1/8 of the ground meat and form it into an oblong ball. Place the feta in the center and fold the ground meat around it. Knead gently, making sure all the seams are sealed.

Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the bifteki for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Fill the pita breads with a little Greek salad. Divide the filled bifteki among the pita breads and serve with tzatziki to taste.
