Preparation

Mix the minced pork with the minced herbs and the Binding Vero.

Form balls to desired weight, flatten slightly and press the frozen bitterbal into it.

Make sure that the minced meat is firmly pressed around the bitterbal.

Then bread the ball with the Crispy Breading Cheese & Onion
