Stuffed meatballs with mozzarella
Well-known traditional meatball with a twist.
A twist on the classic meatball. Freshly seasoned and filled with mozzarella. Delicious as a snack, appetizer at a party, or as a meatball with a meal. Serve with Guilt-Free Tomato Ketchup.

Preparation
Finely chop the shallots. Mix the ground meat with the egg, the Ground Meat Mix - Garden Herbs, and the finely chopped shallots.
Form a single ball the size of a ping-pong ball. With your thumb, poke a hole in the meatball, place a mini mozzarella ball in the center, and wrap the meatball around it. Knead into a firm ball, making sure there are no seams. Repeat until all the meat is used.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the stuffed meatballs until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with Guilt Free Tomato Ketchup!
