Stuffed peppers with minced meat and sweet potato
Quick and tasty stuffed peppers from the oven.
Stuffed bell peppers with ground meat and sweet potato. A delicious and easy meal of stuffed bell peppers, diced sweet potato, onion, and garlic.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Drain the corn. Dice one bell pepper. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil and fry the onion and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown. Add the ground beef and the World Spice Blend - Cajun and cook. Add the sweet potato cubes and corn. Stir everything together and remove the pan from the heat.
Cut open the top of the bell pepper and remove all the seeds. Fill the pepper with the ground meat mixture. Replace the tops and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
