Do you like a bit of spice in your food? Then get started with these stuffed peppers with seasoned ground meat. We season the ground meat with our Spicy Touch Blend Poblano. Serve the stuffed peppers with some Greek yogurt to balance the spicy ground meat with the rest of the dish.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds, and dice them into 2 cm cubes. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and cook the garlic for 3 minutes until translucent. Add the ground beef and half of the Spicy Touch Blend - Poblano and cook for 6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil, cook the nut rice according to the instructions on the package and drain.

Mix the tomatoes and corn with the ground meat. Divide the nut rice among the halved bell peppers and top with the ground meat mixture.

Spread the peppers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove the peppers from the oven and garnish with the yogurt and remaining Spicy Touch Blend - Poblano.
