Stuffed tomato soup with zucchini

Preparation
Peel and roughly chop the onion into 1 cm pieces. Cut the grilled bell pepper and zucchini into 2 cm pieces.
Heat the tomato passata in a pan and add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, chicken stock, and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the large basil leaves into thirds, keeping the tops whole. Puree the soup and stir in the World Spice Blend - Napoli herbs.
Divide the soup among the bowls and garnish with the remaining World Spice Blend - Napoli, chopped basil leaves and the basil tips.
